I own many digital cameras, but this HP product is great. I love the touch screen, easy to move around to the different features. The unit is very compact, and the clarity of the pictures is fantastic! There are no cameras out there with this type of feature pack, 12MP, touch screen that is 3"! I recommend this product to anyone that wants a great compact camera!

Bought this for the wife to carry along with her. I was very pleased with the performance of this camera. I did some side by side tests with my top notch Panasonic FZ35 bridge camera. Considering the FZ35 is a 10 in all comparisons, here are my thoughts on this HP360. Pictures are about an 8, lack a touch of saturation but can be tweaked in Picasa 3. The clarity of the pictures are a 9, very nice. The video is good and gets a 8 as nothing comes close to the FZ35 HD video but this cameras video is very good and has good sound and color. Focuses fairly quickly when zooming video. The features on this camera are extensive and work well such as smile detection. This camera suffers, as all inexpensive cameras do, in the area of low light without flash, very noisy but flash pictures are OK. This is meant to be a fun camera for spur of the moment shots, not for once in a lifetime shots. The touchscreen clears away a lot of button clutter and allows for a big bright clear 3" LCD screen. The menus are easy and laid out well within the touchscreen. i read the reviews for this camera and was bummed cause i ordered it before i read the reviews.but when i recieved my camera and took some pictures and reviewed them on my computer i was like what are these people talking about lol.this camera is awesome the touch screen works like a touch screen supposed to work.i got a i pod touch so i know a good touch screen.u know this camera's battery last a long time to as well.the way this guy was talking on his review about the battery being really bad i thought i was gonna have to recharge the battery ever time i took a picture.nevermind that the battery is very good i took about a 100 pics so far and the battery bar is still on full charge so...i love this camera and recomend it to anyone who wants a good camera for a good price..

This camera is definitely a good value based on the quality of pictures it takes and also the 3" touchscreen. It takes better pictures than our older Canon camera (albeit marginally so), so I'm happy with it. It comes with a separate charger for the lithium battery, but I've found that the battery will charge when the camera is hooked up to a computer or USB charger via the USB cable, so there's really no need to remove the battery from the camera to charge it.

I just love this camera. Have had more expensive cameras but for regular joes like me this is a great camera. Simple to use, love the 3 inch screen size and the ability to touch screen is so much quicker than scrolling. Even my doggy nephew Bailey loves it. I used it for Father's day and got some of the best pics of my dad ever. Uploading is also pretty easy to ur computer. All in all a GREAT value for the money for a simple photographer. If u are a serious pic taker then u might not like this but for us everyday average folks this is WELL worth the money!!

As a senior,I have no patience for the complexity of the new technolpgy ..so I was greatly surprised at the simplicity of this camera..After finding the cd..(hidden in the packge)..went through the instructions..and found the toucntone a pleasure..For the money this is a great camera..John

Achei a máquina muito prática, minha namorada já tirou algumas fotos, inclusive, teve a felicidade de captar a imagem de um esquilo comendo ameixas no jardim da casa dela. Ficaram lindas as fotos e realmente compensa ter esta máquina fotográfica da HP. Perfeito, super facíl e prático pra mexer com as várias ferramentas.

I think the camera is very practical, my girlfriend already took some pictures, even had the good fortune to capture the image of a squirrel eating plums in the garden of her home. The photos were beautiful and really worth having this camera from HP. Perfect, super easy and practical to tinker with the various tools.

I bought this camera to replace the old fashioned digital that I had. My main concerns were a bigger screen and a rechargable battery. I got that and so much more. This camera has exceeded my expectations and a I can be confident in not missing a moment of my baby's life due to a dead battery.

This camera takes great pictures. The tiniest details can be very sharp when enlarged - such as veins in a leaf. (See my sample pictures.) It's easy to learn. You may want to search for the full manual and print it off to learn all the details.

One drawback I found is that when trying to slide through the pictures by touching the screen, the pictures don't easily go onto the next one - instead they keep going from picture one to picture two, back to picture one then to two again, and so on. Quite frustrating. It also prevents you from wanting to say to someone, "Hey - would you like to see my new 12 mp camera?!" I don't know if this is a fault of this particular model or if mine is slightly ... lemonish ...?

BATTERIES? CAN'T FIND THEM??? They ARE available on Amazon.com. I found it and ordered my extra battery, but it did take awhile to find it. Try typing as much information as you can into "search" such as "LI-ION BATTERY NP-40 FOR HP PB360T & SB360 DIGITAL STILL CAMERA" - it's supplied through CyberTech.

it really went over my expectations. i think the camera is really awesome. is light in weight and thin, and the touchscreen works perfectly. it also has video with sound.
this is an amazing camera at an amazing price.
