Works with TX2-1275DX,

This review is from: HP - Digitizer pen (Electronics)
This pen is the same as HP #516454-001, which will work with a TX2-1275DX and many other HP TX2 series laptops. The replacement from HP's website is about $65. It's certainly a better value from Amazon (I paid $29 for mine).
Believe it or not, these pens can wear out. The little tip becomes loose over time, and seems to lose its connection with the body of the pen. As it gets worn, it'll start to make dots and dashes instead of solid letters and lines. My last digitizer pen lasted about one year of heavy use before it started acting up. Also, if the tip falls out of the pen, don't glue it back in! It will not write after gluing! (I tried this when the tip of the first stylus I had accidentally got pulled out and wouldn't stay in).

The pen works well with my computer, and I haven't had any problems with it so far. this is my third one because once it is dropped from any height, the tip falls out, so the lanyard strap that it comes with is a must! I really enjoy using this product, and while there are few alternatives, I'm not dissatisfied at all!
