Name brand printer cartridges are expensive no matter where you purchase them, so I always shop around to find the BEST price. Amazon.com had the best price for the genuine HP 564XL 5-color combo product (black, black photo, cyan, magenta, and yellow) when I ordered on 1/2/09 ($79). The cartridges didn't come in individual cardboard boxes, but I just discard the boxes anyway, so it didn't matter. The cartridges were the "real" thing and that's what I wanted. I got free shipping, which is always a plus! I also received my order sooner than I expected it (in about 3 days)! If the price is right, I will definitely order from Amazon.com again!!

The product is great and a great value. They are Genuine 564XL,including Black,Photo Black,Cyan,Magenta and Yellow.The price at retail stores are much higher in price for the same product.

The original HP ink is the best ink I've seen. The price on the OEM 5-Pack of HP inkjet ink was the best I've seen. Together, it's excellent ink at an excellent price!

Great product, small package. Came without the outer wrapping, but still individually sealed in printed wrap. All are performing as I would expect!

I ordered these cartridges knowing that they would come in separate packages unlike what you buy in the store. When I went to install them, the 564XL was not the same size as the one that I had previously bought at OfficeMax. It looks like a standard size cartridge that someone has put a XL sticker on. Be aware!!

I just received my set today and noticed right away that the labels on the ink said "setup" not XL. I have all XL in my printer now and these are not the same! They are the small / regular (?) size inks that come with a new printer. I'm sending these back tomorrow because they were incorrectly advertised.

I have not used the product as of yet. But it was quick delivery. And the product was delivered to me in the original packaging.

I need new print ink cartridges and I ordered these from Amazon and I got them as was advertised. Good/

Hp sells their printers at a reasonable price, but the ink? Wow that is where they get you. I found if I do not use HP ink that my photos eventually degrade in color. So my only choice is HP ink. So I am usually looking for the best price. Don't buy the regular size cartridges as they run out of ink very quickly. The XL are worth it.

Very impressive how quickly this order came in -- and it was exactly what I needed, at a good price.
