I bought this for use in our church and it has performed flawlessly for over a year. We do not have heavy use as we are a small group, but it is used for about 5,000 copies or so each year. The only complaint I have is that we purchased a "refurbished" unit, but the touch screen surface had not been replaced and there is one spot that is dead. Easy to work around, just irritating sometimes.
