This is a commodity we purchase frequently. We gave up on the false illusion of saving money by using refurbished cartridges because of poor quality image results. We now only buy new HP toner cartridges in retail packaging. This vendor had a good price and shipped on-time. The box that arrived looked exactly like the picture and the toner cartridge was brand new.
