I glad I finally bit the bullet and bought an OEM cartridge. I have been using refurbished toner cartridges with both good and bad results. I decided to buy a new cartridge because I was tired of gambling with the quality of my documents and don't have time to mess around sending poor-quality cartridges back, taking the chance of getting another bad one. For me, the price is worth the quality.
