Bait and switch, I ordered 2 HP laser jet cartridges to get what was advertised on the Amazon Web site.
# Laser Toner Cartridge.
# Q6002A.
# Genuine Original.
# Hewlett Packard OEM.

the amazon # ASIN: B0009RMKBQ

what I received was 2 re-manufactured cartridges.

ordered "like new HP n orig package" received remanufactured "no Name" new cartridge.
Needed it badly so kept it - will not buy from this source again. If they had called, I might have agreed to a substitute but they didn't give me that courtesy.

I hope this is a full cartridge, The box had been opened and the pull tab removed. (New? I dont think so...) I will find out when I replace the old cartridge.

Good quality product, but a plastic pin was damaged during shipping inside its own box. Although we were able to replace this with the same one we took out from the old cartridge, I think HP can do a better job pakaging it and protect protruded thin parts such as this one.

i've tried some generics but they just aren't as good as the real HP toners.

This is a great product. Don't be fooled by generics. I tried the generic toner cartridges and they just couldn't add up to the HP product. I am very happy with this product. :)

I always pay a little extra for OEM HP toners, I don't want any hassles with aftermarket stuff. As expected this toner has my HP2600n back in business for more color printing!

I'm a little frustrated that I could buy a whole new printer for the price of a set of toner cartridges... But HP isn't the only vendor to use this design / marketing strategy.

As other reviews have pointed out, these are far more reliable than third party cartridges.

This is a repeat purchase from this vendor and to date have been very happy with their products. Their service is excellent

The cartridge was cheaper than buying from my local Staples store. However, it was still expensive. I haven't tried some non HP brands before, but they are more cost effective if they have the same quality. The quality of the print is excellent, but replacing all 4 cartridges is more expensive than buying a new printer.
