HP Laserjet 10A Black Cartridge in Retail Packaging (Q2610A)

These cartridges aren't cheap, but give great printout for a long, long time. I do mostly duplex (2-sided) printing, and the results are clear and sharp.

I got 3 years out of the original Cartridge, after seeing streeks starting to appear i checked $$$ for the Cartridge and bought it from Amazon. $$$ are average got the Cartridge fast poped it in and works like new.

What can you say about the original product? I don't like refilled cartridges. The price for a new product is not too high. It shipped well and was received in good condition.

I was about ready to order from one of the major suppliers, when I decided to shop Amazon. I not only found the exact product, but it was $30 less than ordering in from one of the major retail stores. I ordered it, received it a few days later, same 'new, unused' product and happy as a clam.

This was priced quite inexpensive and its a geniune cartridge from HP. The seller delivered the item promptly and the entire transaction experience went very well!

Delivery of the toner cartridge was prompt. The packaging and toner cartridge were not damaged. The toner cartridge was its original HP shipping box, plus, it was inside a another shipping box which had packing material inside of it for extra protection. I like the extra protection for shipping. No problems from start to finish with the transaction.

I was hesitant about ordering a refurbished toner cartridge, but when I received the cartridge, it was everything I expected. It works fine and I was able to get it at an excellent price. I will definitely order from this seller again, and recommend them to others. I must also mention that it did not take a very long time for arrival.

This is an 8-pack of toner cartridges and we've only used one so far, but - so far, so good!

The delivery actually states JP Quality, Indianapolis, IN

1. The original shipment was lost, and a replacement order was several days late being delivered.
2. I had to order a third cartridge from a retail store to serve while waiting for re-delivery. (worked perfectly for 5 months)
3. Both cartridges are faulty, one had grey marks moving over the paper, and the other one the spring on the arm that moves the cover fell off before I even removed the toner tape.

We are out the purchase price, and according to Amazon's policy I can't get my money back so many months after purchase.
