99% of my Amazon dealings have been outstanding, but this purchase is the 1% total failure. Purposefully avoided COMPATIBLE listed HP inks and the reliable vendors appropriately list their product in the header as compatible, but this vendor - VIVAMART advertises HP model, but seeks to sheild the 'compatible' under description; didn't realize a true model number required futher description. FedEx recorded signed receipt and VIVAMART denies receiving the refused/returned product. This is a vendor I can suggest avoiding. In the strongest language - AVOID!

I have refilled cartridges from bulk toner, and also purchased "rebuilt" cartridges. Over the long haul, I have to say it is better to buy the HP, real McCoy, cartridges. They work every time, don't leak, and print as many copies as HP claims without problems. Fast and clean to install. Super excellent quality prints with my HP laser printer, and we use it a LOT. (A couple of reams a day.) I have an HP inkjet printer that I hate (jams), so this is not, "I love HP." But this product is good.

I have always being mad for the high price of original toner cartridges, but my experience with compatible toner cartridges has being so frustrating that I had to go back to purchasing original cartridges.
