The most impressive thing was that an expectation of up to two weeks' delay was set, and then the memory came in 2 or 3 days. Actually, once I learned they were using priority mail and gave me a tracking number, I know it wouldn't take long.
The memory was as expected, went in well, and works. It beat paying several times the amount for new memory, which would have been a waste with an older notebook computer. Performance definitely improved in moving from 256MB to 512BM RAM.
