I purchased this netbook from another retailer (lower price) and fortunately for me they also have a great return policy. After charging, I began the initial setup and it seemed very straight forward. It took a LONG time to install the preloaded software. Then the trouble started. It asked for my password, so I typed in the one I had just set up and........."did you forget your password?". Next I spent an even LONGER time with hp tech support. I wasn't optimistic about the outcome when he didn't know that netbooks don't have a disk drive. I was very disappointed since this netbook had everything I was looking for-too bad it didn't work!
