I ordered a ream of 3-hole punch paper and it arrived in a timely manner but was completely destroyed. It looked as though someone threw the ream into a box and sent it out. The paper surrounding the ream was destroyed and the ream bent in several spots. Very sloppy!! Had to return the item. We shall see what their response is.
