I have used this printer for about 4 months now and have nothing, but positive things to say about it. For the price it is currently being offered it is a steal. The copy function is very feature rich allowing for reductions/enlargements, adjust darkness, etc. I was a little discouraged by the fact that this printer didn't have a cartridge for each individual color and that the cartridges seemed smaller than those of printers I have previously owned. However, the printer seems to use ink very economically. I have used the printer for one thing or another every day since I bought it and I am still on my first set of cartridges. The quality of prints is also top notch. It only takes about 20 seconds for this machine to make a normal quality copy and the print speed is very fast. The main reason I bought this printer was for its direct network countability and like every other feature on the printer it is well done. The LCD screen allows you to configure the printer and tell it which network computer you wish to send scans and pictures off the card reader to. The fax function works well allowing multiple page faxes an speed dial functionality. The included software suite includes premade fax coversheet layouts and all the other necessary software. It did take a while to install, but the installation was easy to follow and the directions were very clear. Overall this printer exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it!

I couldn't be more pleased. The setup however, was a bit difficult. I was on the phone with a HP tech for 3 1/2 hours to get all things working but it was worth the wait.

Everything is crisp, sharp and works as it should. Checked prices on eBay, WalMart, etc.but J&R was the cheapest! Shipping was quick and overall it was a very positive experience.
