Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your product. It is exactly what I wanted and for a price I could afford.
The lap top came in the mail fast and on time. It was refurbished and set up to use right away including anti-virus and software. The bonus was the battery life is almost three hours.It is xp which is my favorite and very fast.

Very happy to receive my re-furbed hpnc62220,upon receiving it was missing few options as noted when bought.i notified seller sent it back and customer service was great(Ken).They were more than happy to address all issues and shipped computer back in timely manner.my computer now has all options as promised.I HIGHLY recomend US MICRO CORP as a seller if your looking for a used computer.

I've purchased more expensive laptops in the past with no luck so decided to try another refurbished computer. Computer is a little slow, and had to install own antivirus protection and well as Office, but otherwise not a bad laptop.

The works of the lap top are ok after cleaning out the problems. the battery is bad and have to buy a new one. If it is refurbished the battery should be new or be able to take a charge.

Purchased the computer on Dec.16,2011 and computer quit working on January 15,2012. I thought it was a good refurbished computer at first, but after the entire key pad just froze up while it was being used I am not so sure. Will have to send computer back for further repairs.

I am not too satisfied with this product It is an outdated laptop. I wish I had done some research on the product.
