Not as thick as the Premium Plus, it's still a good-quality photo paper and deserves a five-star rating for what it is, good quality, delivering fine prints, just not as thick as the Premium Plus. This product, Premium Soft Gloss, is about the thickness of good card stock. My second choice is the Premium Plus glossy in 50-count package, which is the same thickness as my first choice (matte finish). My first choice is something HP still doesn't offer: The Premium Plus in a matte finish, 50-count package. It's a matter of personal preference, really. Many folks like the glossy finish, many like the soft gloss (a combination of glossy and matte) and some still like the matte finish. HP makes a quality product, and since my printer is HP, they're a perfect match!

The package I received from Amazon looked completely different from what is pictured in the listing. The name of the product was also different, but the part number on the package is the same. My box had HP Premium Photo Paper: Matte on it and had a manufacturing date of 2010. The paper is 64lbs.

Anyways, unlike the Premium Plus paper that I also purchased at the same time, this paper works wonderfully with the Epson Printer and their inks. Prints look indistinguishable from matte prints you get from photo labs. Highly recommended.

As advertised work well with my printer the quality was there. I just wish it was a little less expensive. Delivery was prompt.

It's good. I've been using them to print my photos. I do think it has slight glossy touch and not full on matte. But it's not much of a problem. 4.5 stars.

I purchased this photo paper in order to print photos of the grandkids that my children posted online. It is perfect for that purpose, especially when framed! The paper truly shows off the beauty of these litle people!

Nowhere in the description is there information about the weight of this paper. Needed is either the mil weight of lb. weight.

Good paper, but nowhere does it say here that this paper is only printable on ONE side. The other side has the HP name and logo all over it.
