Q: Why should you buy this product?
A: Because it is the only protection, for the HP mobile printer, available.

Frankly, this product is not very well designed.It is bulky and barely fits the printer. As it is designed, there is no coverage for the battery which just hangs out the back end unprotected.

The fit is very tight and because of this the magnetic closures aren't powerful enough to stay closed and do the job. Velcro would have been a much better choice.

This case would have less bulk and be much better if it was made from cordura nylon or ballistic cloth instead of genuine imitation leather.

Then again, it is the only case available for these printers, so buy it and protect your printer.

I've read the other reviews. Don't know what to say. I ordered the case for my HP 470 wf because it was the only thing out there for protecting it durring transport. It fits great. Not tight at all. The closures work good and are more than strong enough. All I can think of is that they must have re-designed it to fit and work properly. I personally highly recommend this item and that's a rarity for me.

Well First off I bought the offered package of 3 items: INK, Printer and Sleeve.. well the sleeve was included with the printer; spent $7 to get it to me and had to spend another $9 to send it back to RITZ camera. Package deals need to be Really reviewed for usefullness by both Amazon who links the ITEMS together and US who hope they are researched and are REALLY usefull.

Secondly, the sleeve is just a Tad too small to close the velcro seals without Forcing the printer into it and even then it not fit correctly.
If it was just a 1/8" larger in most ALL dimensions it would be perfect.

Therefore, HP needs to do some work on this item..

Love Amazon - but very disappointed that this product was listed as "Frequently Bought Together" with the HP 100 mobile printer. While this may be true, because others made the same mistake as i did in trusting the "Frequently Bought Together" listing, the case clearly is too small for this printer. It is not a matter of being a little too small or resulting in too tight a fit, it DOES NOT FIT AT ALL and will not close around this printer.

Amazon should not be linking these two products together. Just processed my return, a process that Amazon makes easy, but it is a step that I shouldn't have had to do at all.

When I purchased the printer from Amazon they had another product recommendation for the carrying case. It was from another vendor and I ordered it at the same time. What Amazon failed to mention was that the very same carrying case comes with the printer along with printer ink. Amazon was therefore recommending a redundate product. I have since returned the duplicate carrying case to the vendor and am awaiting my refund. The fault lies entirely with Amazon and not with this vendor.

Well, this thin enclosure doesn't really help much -- no real padding. Instead, I got the PortaBrace CS-DV2U. It is a little bit more money, but if you travel and you put this printer in a checked-in luggage, you better do something to really protect it! Seriously, look at the Portabrace CS-DV2U Mini-DV Camera Case (Blue) (also available on Amazon). I'm glad I bought one. Shop around, you can find a LOT less expensive than the current Amazon price (hopefully, this will change).

The cover fits well and does a great job of protecting the printer. Easy to insert and take out. I think this is a "must have" accessory for the printer.

The case is nicely made, but if you look at the specifications, you'll see they do NOT list the newer Mobile 100 Oficejet.

That model WILL fit inside the case, but the closing flap cannot close as the Mobile 100 is larger than the earlier models. And the battery has to be removed in order to fit the printer inside the case, and it will NOT print while in the case. I'm keeping the one I ordered, but using a very wide nylon strap with velcro fastenings (made by my wife)to secure the flap closed.

I got the printer "Package" with the sleeve and ink. The printer works great, but the sleeve must have been designed for an earlier model. It is way too small for the printer and the cut out's don't align with the doors on the printer (either paper feed or print page exit. Don't buy it if you are buying for the HP 100 - it won't work!

Very simply said--this case does NOT fit the HP 100; IT IS WAY TOO SMALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This case is NOT made for the HP 100 or else it was made by idiots.
