We bought this printer cartridge, and now our print quality is very very low. Everything we print is fuzzy. Bar codes are unreadable (eg for printing movie tickets bought online, etc), even with the highest quality printer setting.

The "Will this work for your printer" box assured me it would work on my HP 940c printer, but it does not. I'm very disappointed. I don't know what the problem is: I know it's full of ink, and it looks and fits exactly like the original cartridge... For future reviewers: please include the series and the model of your printer to help other shoppers. Hope they have a better experience!
