Convenient way to purchase real HP cartridges
This sure beats having to drive around to buy HP ink cartridges. The delivery is fast and the price is good.

Hope they aren't dry.
I received the cartridges today and hope that the ink is still usable. Both cartridges have passed their expiration date with one being nov of 09 and the other feb 10. The price is great and I can only hope that when I go to use one of these it will work.

I'm more than annoyed with the the "Free Shipping" as one of the "Free Shipping" options was some kind of "trial version". I shouldhn't have to have my Attorney review my damn order for some ink cartridges. Then, after I figure out the correct "Free Shipping" it then added a "Handling Charge" to both items AND SEPARATED my order and CHARGED me "Shipping and Handling" to the second item. Needless to say, I'm pissed.

Buying a refurbished ink cartridge was a great idea. The cartridges work great and the price is way better than buying the name brand anywhere else.

I assume the product (ink) is excellent as we have ordered it repeatedly in the past; however, we have not had to install it in our printer as the previous ink has not run out. Kenneth R. Lee

Pointless regional codes damage HP client relationships,

In line with the above comment, I fail to see the value of these regional codings for anyone, least of all the consumer. I have had an HP printer for some time, living in Europe. Having recently moved to South Africa I find that I cannot use the locally available (identical) cartridges, because they have a different chip inside them. It is possible to have your printer "regionalised" to accept the new region cartridges, but then it will no longer accept the old ones. Since I have a stock of colour and photo grey cartridges from Europe, I obviously don't want to do this. Most annoying of all I have spent most of a day to get a document printed which should have taken a few minutes. I have also spent money on calling their (unhelpful) helpline and on the new cartridges which I cannot use.
Extremely frustrating and certainly not likely to make me consider buying or recommending anything made by HP ever again. Customers require service, and HP is not providing it. |
