I don't want to spend more money on another wireless mouse and keyboard right now so am just dealing with it, but I am not thrilled with this product.

I bought this because of the video review the previous buyer made and he was so right!

Great keyboard/mouse combo. Works like it should, keeps things simple, has a nice sleek look to it that fits into the rest of my setup.

Great tactile response, soft keys, relatively quiet. Very useful shortcut keys, not too many, but essential for the most used actions: back, forward, browser key, mail key, volume control, and others. It's black and quite elegant, and comes with a wrist rest, which was a must for me (my hands tire quickly without one).

Keyboard is very efficient on battery consumption. The mouse is decent, and heavy, which I personally like.

I usually don't have any problems with HP products, but this thing makes me want to never purchase anything that was manufactured by HP. The mouse and keyboard are comfortable, on/off switch comes in handy, and the keyboard doesn't take up much space.

However, the mouse skips, constantly, to a point where it is unusable. The keyboard also has connection issues. Letters that are pressed don't show up for seconds or have to be pressed multiple times. After contacting HP and doing everything they tell me to try to stop the mouse from skipping, and for the keyboard to connect better, I was told that it's because the mouse and keyboard need to be closer to the receiver. They said that it won't work like it's supposed to if the receiver is more then 1 foot away. With that being said, my tower is on the floor, so the receiver is less then 2 feet away from the mouse or keyboard, and, according to the product manual, the keyboard and mouse are supposed to have a range of 3m, or 10 feet.

In other words, other then false advertising, this product is so bad, that I have to change how my computer is set up on my desk, even though it's supposed to work with my current set up. I guess the key words are that it's "supposed to work" as advertised.

When I called, they should have just told me that I wasted my money on this thing.

I got this keyboard & mouse combo from HP with a PC I bought. Used it for about a year and I have no complaints. It has a nice feel to the keyboard, responsive and just the right resistance to the pressure. The mouse is also excellent and I've had no complaints so far. My son complained that it became unresponsive after moving about 5 -6 feet away, so maybe those complaints are justified. A USB extension cord should remedy that though, but then you have a cord again! Pluging the USB receiver into a front USB port should also extend the range.

I bought this because of the video review the previous buyer made and he was so right! I love this keyboard and mouse combo, and it came with the batteries, too. So easy to start using with the little "plug in" it came with.

The keyboard and mouse both worked without any problems right out of the box. They both came with batteries already installed, which is nice. They work as you would expect a keyboard and mouse to work. The caveat that I have is that I find both items to be quite noisy. The keyboard is just plain loud, and the keys do not have as firm a feel that you would expect from a new keyboard. Also, the mouse occasionally squeaks when you click.

I give this product 4 stars even with these issues because I purchased it primarily for the inexpensive price and it has no functional issues. I got what I paid for.

I purchased this product because I was impressed with the reviews. I absolutely love it! No wires in my way which gives me more desk space!! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wireless keyboard and mouse set.
My main concern was that it doesn't have a light informing you that your caps/numbers are locked, but a 'pad lock' icon pops up on my monitor (with sound) informing me if the keys are locked or unlocked; you get used to it.
I love having the volume buttons on the keyboard too - awesome!
The mouse is perfect size for me!

Had high hopes for this combo. Keyboard is great but the mouse, more than occasionally, has jerky hesitation with cursor movement. I've changes batteries, restarted..nothing seems to fix it.
