5.0 out of 5 stars Wireless Comfort Mouse November 24, 2010

Great mouse. Tiny USB key that I leave in the notebook. The mouse is very comfortable with a flared bottom so your fingers rest on it and don't drag on the table. Tracking excellent, standard buttons and scroll wheel, which means no extra buttons to mess up what you're doing. Highly recommended!

1.0 out of 5 stars not a good mouse` December 20, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase
This mouse is quite bulky and lags way too much on my computer. i used it only for 15 minutes and the lag frustrated me so much that i had to switch back to my old wireless mouse in which it works perfectly fine.

this mouse is alright, it sometimes needs to be reconnected to its source... witch is rare. Other than that it's a good mouse. better than being wired to the computer.

5.0 out of 5 stars BEST WIRELESS MOUSE August 29, 2012

I have bought several wireless mice over the years and most of them break down or do not have a good connection. This one does! I used to be a Dell only customer but HP products have turned out to be the best out there. I now only buy HP computers, printers and accessories like this wireless mouse. The only thing I have to say "bad" about this product is the USB connection is a small little thing about the size of a penny and could easily be lost. So I just keep it connected to my laptop all the time. The ergonomic aspect of this mouse is great. Really comfortable and easily conforms to your hand.

1.0 out of 5 stars Terrible performance and poor tech support from HP July 30, 2012
We have ordered 3 of these for the office, two out of three are not working properly. When I called customer support I could hardly hear the representative and after I gave her the S# and P# she could not pull up the script that she was supposed to read to help me fix the issues. She said there was no info on it. I gave her the numbers right off the mouse. The issue is that the mouse lags, when it is working it has a quick pace (that is adjustable in the settings), but if it is not working the pointer will freeze and it is too frustrating to use. It only works for a few minutes and then freezes up. The solution that I found on HP's site (that the HP representative could not find) is not very convenient. I had already tried most of what they suggest. They ask for the receiver to be one foot away from the device. How feasible is that on a desktop at an office? No way would I recommend this mouse.

3.0 out of 5 stars Decent mouse, but there are better options/brands out there.
I purchased this mouse for a very decent price (less than $10). When I received it, I was excited to try it out, as it seemed to be a good size for a Nano Receiver mouse. Read more
