I bought this for my mother, planning on loading pictures on it before I gave it to her. When I did, I tried to access the photos and I got a "please wait..." and a black screen. It skipped all of the photos and went back to the main menu. Although I was successful loading the pictures, you can only use this as a USB drive, but not a photo viewer. Save your money or buy a keychain that works.

Also, when I called HP support, I was on the phone for over an hour. Not only did the lady not tell me she couldn't find the product in their database of problems until after 30 minutes, but I was transferred 4 times.

We ordered this particular brand of digital key chain because HP is such a trusted brand. When we got it home, it worked for about 2 minutes and stopped. I had read lots of bad reviews of many different kinds of keychains including this one but just thought it was probably because those customers didn't know what they were doing. My husband is very good with computers and tecnology as he uses them for his job all the time and even he couldn't get this keychain to work. We sent it back because it was a Christmas present, we had to rush to get something else to replace it in time.

I was really excited to get this for my husband for Christmas. It had all these great features, but unfortunately it didn't work properly. It would show that it uploaded the images on the computer, but then when you go to view the pictures they would never come up. Just a blank screen and then a prompt asking if you'd like to view the pictures. This happened over and over again and we never did see any pictures displayed. On the positive side, Amazon was great about refunding our money and giving us a smooth return. Definitely not the one to buy!

nice photo frame key chain and better than the (coby keychain) and with the phone charger it is realy cool
