Does what it is supposed to do!,

During a repair my original HP digital pen for my T4400 tablet PC was lost so I went looking for a replacement. I found some warning on the Internet that only an original HP-pen would work AND fit the space in the screen. After getting a message from Amazon that there was a discount on the pen I bought one. It arrived safely and does exactly what it is supposed to do. And it fits perfectly in my tablet screen. So if you are in a similar position as I was and are looking for a replacement (or spare) pen for your HP-tablet PC, don't hesitate.

I have a HP Compaq TC4400. This is the pen for it.
Compared to the one I got with the tablet PC this one is designed to be harder to break, which is a good thing. My previous one broke when I accidentally dropped it on hard ground.

Just what I needed!,

I bought a refurbished HP Compaq TC4400 tablet computer which works great, but had a broken stylus.
This replacement stylus was exactly the right model and works great. It's important to get the right model stylus, as it can then fit in the built-in slot at the bottom left corner of the screen, and this will protect it. I took apart the old and broken stylus and discovered that it actually has a circuit board inside it. It is a fairly complex piece of machinery, not just a pointer. I guess this partially justifies what I think is a high purchase price ($45), which was my only complaint.
