I love my roomba - but hate the batteries. They are expensive and tempermental. THis battery was typical of my experiences with aftermarket batteries. The case looked to be good quality. There were no instructions in how to charge the battery - so I just followed the roomba instructions. During my first usage the roomba lasted about 20 minutes then the battery died. Thinking that perhaps the roomba had memorized the last charger cycle - i did the full reset on the roomba and restarted the charge cycle. This time the battery didnt even finish recharging - it just went blank (no greeen, yellow or red light. No charge, dead battery. I returned the battery and am hoping some day to ffind a reputable supplier of bsattereis

For example, it replaces my 1800 mAh factory Dirt Dog battery just fine. This one almost double the capacity & run time. It gives new life & usability to my 3-yr-old Dirt Dog. Amazingly inexpensive replacement battery. No need to pay a premium to buy iRobot's. And I wish the seller will do some research & come up with an updated model compatibility chart.

The Replacement Battery is a very good value. The charge seems to last at least an hour plus. I thought about just buying a new roomba but then found the replacement battery, a much better way to go.

I received the battery a few days after placing my order.
The price was much better than ordering from the company.
I charged it overnight, and it works just fine. Hopefully it
lasts. These Roomba batteries seems to have a useful lifetime of
about 1 year.

This battery works for a good hour and 30 minutes maybe two hours.

I checked to see how long it runs.
It does a great job.

Arrived Promptly. Packaging intact. Holds charge better than the original. Runtime is longer than original. Old battery lasted about a year. We'll see how long this one lasts.

I bought this battery in july 2009 it just went bad and I think it was because I went on vacation for 8 days and left it plug in. I think it got over cooked. I use it every other day and sometimes I leave it running while I'm @ work. So it has a chance to fully decharge. It's May now so almost 2 yrs. that is a darn good battery. Also it ran longer than the others, I have had but I will say this I have had roombas for over 6 yrs. and this Hqrp ran and lasted longer than all the other batteries. The Irobot battery is a rip and dosen't last long @ all, 1/2 hr. tops.
The others maybe 45min. But this hqrp will run 1 hr. and 1/2. Full power.

There was nothing wrong with this battery. It was the Roomba that was defective and I had to return the battery. This is what was so impressive with Amazon, the ease of returning this item. I just got back online and clicked on a few icons on the screen and the return label was printed directly from my printer. Then I just placed the label on the orginal box and took it to the post office to send back, no hasstle at all. Thanks for your great return policy.

Our Roomba now seems to have a much longer cleaning time than when we first purchased. This replacement battery is amazing.

Received battery in reasonable time. Charged using Roomba docking station. Placed in Roomba vacuum and it operated about 15 minutes and wouldn't charge again. A total waste of money and time to order this item.
