Bought two of these around 5-6 months ago- one of them burnt out (smoke and all), the other one just stopped working. Definitely don't buy these- unless you want to burn down your place.

The HQRP power adapter I received was basically dead on arrival. It will power the laptop intermittently, but it cycles on and off roughly twice a second, forcing my computer into seizure mode of switching between power profiles. Completely unacceptable.

This AC adapter works OK when it stays attached, but unfortunately, the end that plugs into the laptop is very loose fitting and falls out constantly. It's very frustrating.It now seems there are better generic alternatives that weren't available when I bought this a couple of years ago.
