Once I got it right; the other times not. If there's an indicator to show me whether the battery is positioned right for a charge or when it's done charging, I don't recognize it. I've used it several times to charge my camera battery, but only once successfully. If a diagram were included showing the correct battery position, that would help. Probably this product is configured to charge a variety of batteries, which is why correct positioning isn't intuitive.

They sent me an HQRP charger for my Lumix DMC-FX12. They specifically listed my Lumix model camera as compatible with this charger in their Amazon ad. The charger is not compatible with my camera. The charger's contacts are not even a similar pattern to the one on my camera battery.
I request them return of this charger and send me the correct one, but this never happen.
