GPSMAP 276C battery
Got the battery pretty quick. Charged it up and works like a charm. Best part was that it is waaayyyyyy cheaper than the Garmin branded battery. When I initially installed the battery on my GPS, it wouldn't lock into place. I worked it a little and it locked into place. Good to go!

Not what it appears
I purchased this item for my Garmin 276C. Even though it looked like a standard Garmin battery it does not perform or fit like one. I had to "modify" the battery with a knife to get it to fit and even that did not allow it to perform correctly. Yes, it did supply power; however, it does not allow graphics during charging to show charge levels, it does not allow the gps...

I purchased this item for my Garmin 276C. Even though it looked like a standard Garmin battery it does not perform or fit like one. I had to "modify" the battery with a knife to get it to fit and even that did not allow it to perform correctly. Yes, it did supply power; however, it does not allow graphics during charging to show charge levels, it does not allow the gps to boot as last turned off requiring one to set the gps everytime you run it on. Basically, this battery does not supply the required intelligence for the Garmin products. It is obvious this is a copy and acts like a bad copy at that. You get what you pay for.
