The solar cells are encapsulated beneath high transmission tempered glass. The rear surface of the module is completely sealed from moisture and mechanical damage. Construction of the module minimizes weight while providing a durable, protective environment for the solar cells.
Sturdy aluminum frame protects the solar panel from deformation during transportation, high winds, bad weather. The firm frame allows to fix the panel in the places which are difficult to reach: on the roof, on lampposts, in forest lodges. It allows to fix the solar panel firmly on the sides of cars or boats, its sturdy design won't let the panel deformate and fail on the move. Durable and sturdy aluminum construction will help extend the use of solar panels in the long term. Panel is designed to produce over 80% of the nominal power within 25 years (this efficiency is not covered by the limited power warranty). Each panel is packed in a separate box and secured on both sides by polypropylene plates for better protection during transportation and installation!

Materials used to construct this product are very good.
I use it to keep a 12 Volt battery charged.

Looking for a quiet inexpensive way to light my 400 sq ft cabin. A 20w panel with the hqrp battery charge controller did the trick. Coupled with a car battery, can run 2 thirteen w cf bulbs for a couple of hours. Have to admit...ordered another panel for more capacity!

This is an excellent panel at a great price. I use it with a HQRP solar controller and a Walmart 115ah deepcycle marine battery and couldn't be more pleased.

Nice quality
Good size and performance so far. Puts out 18V on my multimeter. I'm going to hook it to a battery charge controller to maintain a 12V marine battery.
