My Toshiba Laptop had 3 keys sticking and the local repair shop wanted $125 just to repair the 3 keys. I ordered this keyboard from HQRP, installed it in about 5 minutes, and it works perfectly. The keys have a good feel to them. After I placed my order I realized that I did not pick expidited shipping, which I wanted. HQRP instructed me to cancel my original order for a refund and to reorder. I did, and they shipped that very day!!! (Oh, do a Google search for "replace (model) laptop keyboard", you will see many sites giving free instrctions, it's very easy to replace).

the Toshiba M115 keyboards are robust by design but like anyhting wear out over time. i simply replaced the stock keyboard with this one and it works perfectly. it feels very solid and robust like the stock keyboards. it was definatly a great buy and i would definatly purchase this item again if i needed to replace another Satellite M1XX series keyboard.
On a side note the stock keyboards have a little lite that turns on when the Fn key is held to tell you what function its in, not really a con but you ahve to think about it when pressing the function key on these keyboards.
