Was kind of suprised of how fast this connected at 300Mbps. Make sure you install the drivers from the manufacturer though. It'll work with Windows 7 but even better with Windows XP! XP says it connects at 300Mbps when I'm close enough to the router but only 54Mbps with Windows 7. Don't get me wrong, the connection speed is the same for some reason with Windows 7. I'd recommend this upgrade.
