2.0 out of 5 stars Not What I Thought I Was Buying, October 2, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: HR Competencies: Mastery at the Intersection of People and Business (Paperback)
I was hoping to find a step-by-step outline on how to develop meaningful competencies. Instead it is a report on the research on the competencies required to be an HR Director. Not what I was hoping for.
