I obtained this book from my HRT/Anti-Aging doctor's office. It is short on commentary and packed with facts with references for further reading if desired. The short book, 86 pages, plus references, is packed with information about hormones and how they work in the body. This is an easy to read book that guides the reader on how the various hormones are inter-related and how they affect your over all health. The book also promotes natural (bio-identical) hormone therapy over synthetic hormones. Although short, it is rich in facts and details that every woman over 40 should know about hormones and hormone therapy. Highly recommended.

For those that don't want to know everything there is to know about hormones, this is the book. A very good overview of female hormones without a bunch of information you may not want or need.
