I bought a battery for my t-mobile MDA (htc 8125) smart phone. I waited for my dying battery to kick the bucket and then I charged up and started using the battery from BargainCell. It started to die immediately. A month and a half of light use and the battery is totally dead. It won't take a charge.

Their customer service told me to get bent. I'd take your business elsewhere. BargainCell batteries sell defective stock.

First, I have to say that I'm not sure if it is my 8125 that is acting up, or these batteries, as I installed the latest ROM and at the same time switched to these batteries.
My experience since has been that if the device isn't fully charged, and I have it in the cradle, frequently the orange charging light turns off, and while the software claims it is still charging, it actually is only getting hot and draining the battery.
If you drain the battery enough, it's dead, and you won't be able to charge it again (that's true for the original OEM battery also.)

I really can't recommend these batteries, since I have to constantly watch the charging light, and if it's off, I have to turn the device off and wait until the charging light comes on (sometimes 10 or more minutes later.)
And yesterday one of the three batteries I bought had a fit and I couldn't even hard-reset my PPC.

Of course I don't know how the OEM batteries compare.

Worked great on phone and is reliable. The seller I used had it out to me in minutes it seemed (really a couple of days)

I ordered this batter replacement and well lets just say my phone stays charged now. I got it for Christmas of 08 and have not been able to use it because the battery was shot. I was afraid of buying the cheap replacement because it was so cheap. I would recommend this to everyone who wants a replacement battery for their 8125. IT HOLDS IT'S CHARGE!!! When it arrived it was 65% charged and has been the best 2.99 I have ever spent.

The quality is Very Low!!!! I should realize, pay les, have low quality! That is the story with NO NAME products! I did the entire process to format them (three 8 hour charging cycles) but they have power only for 20 to 24 hours, even in Stand By mode. The original battery last 4-5 days in the beginning and now around 25 hours, that was the reason for which I bought new ones! My wish was to buy well know brand (the original brad is SONY) but unfortunatelly I didn't find one!
Better pay more for a "brand" product - if you find one!

This battery was NEW and it saved me from having to purchase a new phone. My phone would not power on at all before I recieved this replacement. The price was great and it was pre charged so I used it right away.

I have had my Cingular 8125 for several years now, and have never felt the need to "upgrade" to a newer phone since mine already has basically all of the features any of the newer phones have. Suddenly, my phone began acting up -- the battery would die so quickly it would turn off before it even gave the low battery warning light. Sometimes it would go directly from 3 bars of battery life to unable to turn on.

Even keeping it plugged in to the car charger it would turn off after a 20 minute conversation, and be unable to turn back on until it had charged for a while.

I brought the phone in to an AT&T wireless store hoping that the salesperson would agree with me that it was most likely a battery problem, and that I could buy a new one and fix the whole problem. Unfortunately, the salesguy said that they did not carry the batteries for this phone anymore, but that I could get them from AT&T online. He also warned me that the symptoms I was describing could mean that my phone was on its last legs, and that I would need to replace it.

I went online, but even on the website, AT&T no longer carried any accessories or batteries for my phone. Luckily I found this battery for sale here, and although I was nervous about purchasing a battery from an unknown merchant. The price was better than I ever imagined it would have been, so I decided it was worth the risk for such a low price.

When it arrived, it was already half-charged, and I went through the standard charging routine of fully charging, fully discharging several times. Since getting this battery my phone has stopped all of its foolishness, and seems to be as good as new. Possibly even better. Maybe it is wishful thinking, but it seems that the reception has even improved since getting this battery!

My only complaint was that I wanted to order a replacement stylus, and I noticed that this same company sold them. Even though they weigh practically nothing and would be shipped from the same company along with the battery to the same place, they doubled the shipping cost. This really bugged me because even if they would have been shipped separately, they could be put in an envelope and sent with nothing more than a standard stamp!

Bought this as a replacement for the original battery for my HTC 8125. Original battery was Celxpert Model WIZA16 - replacement received is Sanyo WIZA16. Both are rated 3.7 VDC, 1250mAh.

Sanyo Battery works great, the price was great ~ very satisfied with this purchase.

this is the 2nd one I've purchased for our 8125's so far, the first one was over 1.5 yrs ago and is still working...

What can you say about a battery. It's a battery - It was new - It worked - It was just what I ordered - the price was great with free shipping. All good
