The HTC Snap fixes everything I didn't like about the HTC Touch Pro. I traded my HTC Touch Pro for the Snap because I didn't care for the user interface and found myself frustrated with simple tasks like placing a call, or sending a text message.The HTC Snap has an intuitive design similar to a the original BlackBerry without the trackwheel. It's easy to navigate to make a call, send a text message, surf the web, or play a game. It's not bulky like other smartphones, and has a thin profile. Yet, it's not too small to use. The integrated keyboard is easy to use, unlike pullout keyboards like on the Mogul and HTC Touch Pro. The snap also performed better when configuring my Microsoft Exchange Over the Air Active-Sync configuration. It automatically downloaded my server settings after I provided my email address and password. The HTC Touch Pro required manual configuration. My only wish from the Snap is support for WIFI. |
