5.0 out of 5 stars If you are searching for the PERFECT knee sox....
HUE Women's Cuff Knee Socks are the perfect pair if you are in search of something much heavier than knee high stockings or "trouser socks." They are really, truly long enough to generously cuff at the top and they stay up all day long, no matter how much walking you do. 3.0 out of 5 stars Real knee sock, but thin
I had been looking for real knee socks for quite a while now. Love them in the winter with boots or to keep my lower legs warm when out in the winter snow. These fit well and are long enough to cuff, but the knit is quite thin on these. I expected a heavier weight knit. I would not order them again because of this.

HUE Women's Cuff Knee Socks are the perfect pair if you are in search of something much heavier than knee high stockings or "trouser socks." They are really, truly long enough to generously cuff at the top and they stay up all day long, no matter how much walking you do. They are medium weight, and most definitely will not stretch your casual shoes out of shape, or wrinkle or bunch at the ankle -- no sloppiness here!

They have a nice, slightly "brushed" feel. I've been searching for sox that are worth the price -- not immediately relegated to the back of the drawer and eventually tossed out. So far, these HUE socks are my favorite. If you've ever purchased a nice looking pair of so-called "knee socks" only to find that they barely make it past the top of your calf and spend most of the day falling down, you know the frustration of throwing away good money on a horribly made accessory.

By the way, as well as they stay up, you might be surprised not to find that angry red mark left behind by knee sox from other manufacturers. With all the shopping I've done, it's certainly surprising that the best value to date was not at a major department store or mega-discount outlet -- but right here at Amazon.com!

If you are looking for the perfect value (free shipping included) purchase this item. Once you try it, you'll be back for more, in every color.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good quality warm knee socks, October 21, 2010

I ordered several colors of these knee socks, black, navy, graphite heather & espresso. They are good socks overall and I have no regrets on the purchase. They are a good weight for cooler weather, but not excessive. They only constructive criticism I can share is that several pairs were shorter in length. The black pair was the first pair I wore that was significantly longer that the previous pairs I had worn. I did like the extra length. The shorter pairs were wearable. I did not, however, note which colors were shorter and longer. I would have given 5 stars if all the colors I bought were the longer length (consistent).

5.0 out of 5 stars Classic knee socks, February 11, 2009

These socks are not especially thick, but they are quite warm and come up high enough on the leg to fold over if you like. They are soft and of good quality and stay up with no problem. (I'm speaking as someone who does not have thick legs either). I have no negative critiques and would definitely recommend them.

They might fit nice and I really do need a rayon blend sock. But $21 for ONE PAIR OF SOCKS is too Pricey!

This knee sock goes on nicely and feels like wonderful quality, which makes it practical. Great with longer skirts or underneath boots!

3.0 out of 5 stars good but need to be more breathable, January 23, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
These socks fit well and stay up, but I find they make my feet feel sweaty more than cotton or other socks that have a mix of cotton and elastic-type material. They are also soft and warm, but I will probably wear another small sock underneath to keep my feet dry.

5.0 out of 5 stars I love these socks!, December 18, 2009

I love these socks because they stay up. I wore them all day under a pair of boots, and they never slid down. I have large calves and have trouble finding socks that don't cut into me. These are great. They aren't very thick, but that doesn't matter to me because I wear them over boots and under pants.
