About the Author

Arthur A. Bell, Jr., PE is a registered professional engineer with over 18 years of experience in the design of a broad range of HVAC systems. A resident of Pittsburgh, PA, Arthur was an instructor for an HVAC class sponsored by the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers. He is also the author of McGraw-Hill's HVAC: Equations, Data, and Rules of Thumb.
