Good service, but the product itself is a little weak,

Customer service and delivery were perfect. The product itself was not something that I would trust my life to. The handcuffs would be fine for training or demonstration purposes, but not field service. Construction and materials are substandard compared to S&W, Peerless or ASP handcuffs.
