This review is from: HYDROCODONE - WHAT IS IT AND WHY USE IT...(OR NOT)? (Kindle Edition)
Working in the pain management field, I was shocked, disappointed and a little disgusted by this book. The information is spotty at best, most of the bibliography is from online sources, including Wikipedia. There is nothing wrong with wikipedia, if you're too lazy to do your own research and work and want to quote unsubstantiated sources. Most of the information is just repetitive, not very useful (how many times can you say that hydrocodone is a narcotic and used to treat pain and cough. We get it, stop repeating yourself and get to some substance) and some of it is just plain wrong (there is a point where the author actually says that asprin is used to PROMOTE blood clotting, when it is used to DETER clotting and help prevent heart attacks for that very reason).

The book is badly edited, full of spelling and grammatical errors (there's a point where the sentence "whatever ales us" is used, here's a hint: ales are a type of beer, AILS means to hurt or harm). It is badly written, badly edited and filled with spotty, useless or bad information. If you really want to understand hydrocodone, get a pharmacology text book and slog through it, don't waste your time or money on this piece of trash. If you're the author, do your own homework and do not rely on wikipedia, which is the tool of lazy high school students everywhere.
