I bought this product last Christmas, I've had it almost a year now. Overall it's a good product. The only complaint would be that the cord is too short, I have to unplug it 3 times to get my floors done. When you order, you may want to order extra pads. I was always needing mine, and they hadn't been washed yet. I am just now getting ready to order new pads, they lasted almost a year. The product is sturdy and well built.

Love this product. It is wonderful Cleans the floor easily and is simple to use. Only draw back is you need to unplug often to move around. Not a big issue. Also, must let it warm up for the full 3 minutes b/c if you don't the machine deposits a lot of water. So be patient. :)

Tried and return the SHARK. Too difficult to use. You have to pump the SHARK but not HAAN. Love it.

This Haan FS-50 steam cleaner is very easy to operate and very easy to clean my hardwood floors. My floors are squeaky clean (no more chemical residue from using Orange Glo or other floor cleaning products) and loved walking barefoot on my floor now.
