This is, hands down, the BEST steamer/sanitizer I have ever owned. I have 2 very large american bulldogs, a cat and a 9 year old. I have tried a lot of floor cleaner items, and nothing compares to this.

Purchased the fs-50 due to reviews mainly found here on amazon. Haven't tried other steamers but this one works great. Purchased as a housewarming gift for my wife, but I use it too. No complaints. Make sure to purchase the one with extra pads, they do get wet quickly. Also make sure not to install pad until mop is ready to go, I was putting the pad on while the water was heating and soaking the first pad. Tried the steam scents the other day and they do give the air a nice scent. Great product, simply to use, does exactly what it says.
