Had one of these three years ago and just got another one (since the original got lost). Love the design and the German lullaby tune (La Le Lu). Since it's completely mechanical, it's a bit short in play time and somewhat hard to wind up. Make sure you hang it on a sturdy support as you will pull relatively hard on the cord. Otherwise, it's perfect and the music crisp and just the right volume. It's a bit expensive, but well worth it in my opinion.

My son loved watching this, listening to the music, and stuffing the little removable guy in his mouth when I let him. Good distraction over the diaper station. Only note - It was kind of interesting to hang. My father-in-law used a long metal rod with bended ends to affix this into the ceiling but also provide enough strength to pull the music box string at the bottom.
