LOVE these blocks. I bought them as a gift but tried them out first. They're bigger than I thought they would be, in a good way. Great for little hands but not so small they can fit into mouths. The colors are so beautiful and the shapes are so unique! This was the cheapest of the Haba block sets by the way, which is why I started with this to try them out. I just love them and can't wait to buy them for my own kids. I do wish it came with more blocks for the price but like I said the quality is outstanding, so I can't complain :) You can't go wrong!

While these blocks are at the higher end of the price scale they are worth every penny. I bought my 18 month old son two sets and they are extremely well made. The wood is a high quality. There are no rough edges as I've seen on some wooden blocks. The paint is durable and can withstand everyday abuse from toddlers. So far no chips. Each one is a little piece of art and different in it's own way. From metallic paint to bells, pearls and mirrors, each one is unique and offers a different element to playtime. These will stand the test of time and I intend to pass them on to my grandchildren. I am looking forward to buying more sets in the future.

I truly love all the HABA products they have really great stuff. You can't go wrong with any of their toys.
