My daughter loves this toy! She shakes it, chews on it, plays with the different textures, and crawls after it when she rolls it across the floor.

Features:

It is about 1/2-3/4 the size of most sensory balls. This makes it easier for little hands (a six-month-old in this case) to pick it up.
When shaken, it sounds like there is a small bell inside.
It has five differently textured parts, which have other textures and features on them. Some of the these include: fleece, embroidery, netting that contains a small "bead" that is able to be pushed around through the netting, and tabs that stick out of a pocket (the pocket is big enough for my index finger).
It is colorful.

The only texture/sound it doesn't have is the crinkly one.

Note:
I have washed this toy in my washing machine several times. I put the toy in a small, mesh laundry bag (this will protect the embroidery) to be washed in cold water, using the delicate cycle. Then, I put the toy on my laundry drying rack overnight. It has held up very well so far.

This toy is just adorable. I bought it as a gift for my daughter and I believe she will love it. But it is much, much smaller than I expected. About the size of a giant jaw breaker.

My daughter doesn't pay much attention to this yet, but she does randomly tinker with it. I still think it's a cute toy though! It is smaller than I thought it would be, and hopefully when she starts to crawl (she's 3 and a half months right now) she'll play with it more!

This is why I try to NEVER buy gifts at the last minute--I was embarrassed when I opened the box. Heck, the ball almost got thrown out with the packing material--it's that SMALL. It's only saving grace so far--I got it for free since my internet company had given me an Amazon gift card. I missed the notes on the size (my fault) while multi-tasking. I wanted to say that it's about the size of a big lemon--but that would be overly generous. I guess it's about the size of a tangerine (cutie).

The bell was the main reason I picked this toy over several others--disappointment! I didn't want a Salvation Army Christmas bell--but this one sounds blocked. You almost have to hold it up to your ear to hear it.

So much for "educational" toys--this was definitely over-priced. If I had a "do-over" on this, I would have avoided it and bought one of the infant "approved" stuffed animals like a porpoise or a manatee. My grand-niece loves THEM when they show up from Unca Rum.

The kid hasn't seen it yet--Christmas present (BIG reason for my embarrassment), so after me slamming it--he'll probably love it.

I like the noise this ball makes and the feel of it. I expected it to be a little bit bigger, it's very small especially for the price.
