Robertson combines biblical theology with contemporary awareness, confronting readers with the ancient call to repentance and faith. As in every NIC volume, the introduction discusses questions of date, authorship, and structure. The commentary proper, based on Robertsons own translation, is predominantly expository, leaving details of text and translation for the footnotes.
