I'm an expert on quitting smoking, since I've done it so many times before (LOL). Seriously, this is a substantial piece of gum with long lasting flavor. I use fewer pieces than some of the other brands that cost considerably more. I highly recommend this product.

Habitrol fruit flavored gum is a cheaper alternative to higher priced nicotine gums such as Nicorette. It's softer that Nicorette, and some say it tastes better. I thought so at first, it just starts to taste like cherry chloraseptic spray after a few days. This isn't bad though, because the product does work. I'll be buying more of it very soon!

We had been looking for nicotinelle but could not find it in the pharmacies in the us, only nicorette which is very hard to chew. Then we learned that habitrol is the same as nicotinelle. The price is also better then for the same amount of nicorette.

Didn't care for the taste
I ended up throwing these away. I really didn't like the taste. At first it was pleasant, like fruit chews, but then the nicotine hit and it tasted like bizarre medicine. Read more
