Very catchy beat, great use of vocal range and styles.

I love this song, it plays all the time on the radio station that I listen to where I work and I always find myself singing along to it.

Great album, I think she has a great future ahead of her.

This new, up and coming, pop star from Sweden has a lot going for her. Cute looks, cute (but powerful) voice, some nice tattoos and a musical style that can easily cross between pop and EDM club beats. Her debut hit "Habits (Stay High)", brings her style to mainstream and shows a potential to stay here for awhile.

"Habits" is one of those 'bad breakup' songs where the singer is struggling to find ways to move on and forget about their ex. Tove's lyrics have her going from one club (or bar) after another, getting very drunk, in an attempt to forget her painful split. The passion in her voice can tap in to that part of every listener who has gone through that experience (and we all have). The accompanying music does a first-person chronicle of her drunken 'adventures' (and emotional breakdown) while going through this.

We will be hearing from Tove a while more.

I first heard this song the same day I found out my man had cheated on me... again... needless to say, I can understand the idea of the lyrics. I may not go to sex clubs or seduce dads at the park, but as for desiring to change my state of mind to "forget" the "man" I love -- yeah -- I get that. Not only that, but the melody and beat are catchy; it's a fun sing-along, and I find that this song alone has helped me move through some of my pain. So, thanks, Tove Lo, for the help you didn't even know you were giving me... :)

Middle-eastern undertones are present when you here the rhythm and melodies culminating producing fruity harmonies and beats over the sound. Possibly take this tune while going on an adventure on the road. Also the moaning is typical of middle-eastern type of singing. Perhaps that's why I gave this track three stars.

Love this version! I accidentally bought a different version first and it had way too much techno for my taste. Love this version!

I like the song. I don't agree one needs to do drugs and go to sex shows to forget about the one who broke your heart.
