Great Leadership Lessons,

I am a basketball coach and use this book for my basketball players. This is a great book for any church group or any group for that matter to step outside their comfort zone to achieve greatness. As mentioned above the book uses different illustrations and metaphorically compares them to everyday tests of adversity (the true test of character). I have personally heard Dr. Elmore speak, he is a great person and these books are a great way to bring the best out in people of all ages and expertise.

We went through this book with a group at my church and it was amazing. Each chapter uses a photo and a story to really rock the boat and open your eyes to the ordinary, but in a new way. I then bought another book in the same series and it is just as amazing.
