First off, it's bigger than I thought which is a great surprise! My hamster loves to hang out in this (I don't have the insert put in) and the 2 different ways of opening this is really fantastic.

When I discovered my hamster fit through the bars of my cage I decided I needed this type of habitat, and I'm 19 so I obviously didn't want a multi color toy cage. It's very modern and matches the color of my room. It is also easy to clean and escape proof, so nice!

I plan to buy many of the Habitrail products to complete my setup.

We purchased the Habitrail Ovo Mini Maze as an addition to the Ovo Loft, and several other Ovo accessories. Both we, and our Syrian, have really been enjoying the Ovo products, but the little guy managed to pop open the blue hatch on the Mini Maze with his teeth, and escape. Luckily I was watching him at the time, so he didn't get far. We've had to remove this item from his cage network.

My hamster refused to go in this thing (unless I put food in it) until I removed the cardboard maze. Once the 'offending' piece of paper was removed, she loved it. She yanked her litter up into it and promptly built a very nice, cozy looking nest - and loves it. The item itself is well-constructed, the locking system is wonderful (so long as you remember to lock it into place...) and my hamster adores running through her OVO tubes like a mad-hammie. It's amusing to watch. She's an escape artist, and though she's escaped from these things due to my own forgetfulness, when they're properly locked, she hasn't gotten out once. Bravo to the Habitrail people!
