Broken in 5 minutes, September 24, 2011

I thought that a glass bottle would be healthier for a hamster and easier to clean than the plastic. We also were hoping for a bottle that did not leak like a plastic one that we got from the pet store. Unfortunately, we never got to try it out. When my 10 year old son filled it up and put in the rubber stopper, the glass broke. Since it was only $3, we did not bother to send it back. We since ordered a plastic one that works well for $2 more. Also the rubber stopper leaves a strong petroleum smell on our hands. The glass is too delicate for kids.
