The neck fits and the arms are the right length.

The only downside is that it is a thinner material, feels like it could wear quickly, but will be a good summer weight fabric.

This is a well made and great fitting shirt for me.

I ordered this shirt, and after ordering was concerned when I realized it was "fitted" whereas I normally wear a normal cut. I am about 5' 9" tall and stocky (215-220 pounds). My arms are muscular and I have large biceps and chest, but am also wide around the gut. I thought this shirt was going to be too snug around either y arms and/or my stomach.

Much to my delight, it fit perfectly. The neck size and arm length are both true to size. The body of the shirt fits well, and is only snug across my back if I bring both my arms in across my chest (which is not something one normally does).

The material and construction seem decent, 55% cotton, 455 poly and it washes and dries well. No shrinkage after a tumble drying. It is made in Bangladesh.

Now, if you have a more athletic build, a "V" shaped torso, I don't know that this shirt will flatter you as it really is tapered only ever so slightly along the torso.

So, if you have an average build, a little thicker than you should be in the cut, but aren't overly heavy, this shirt should fit well without too much bagginess around your midsection.

I normally wear Express's Extra Slim Fit or Fitted shirts, with a 15.5" neck and whatever sleeve length for their Medium sized shirts (normally I will measure 34/35). I found the Haggar Men's shirt in the Fitted style to offer a comparable fit. There aren't any flying squirrel wings under my armpits that I normally find with typical off-the-rack shirts. The neck is a tad loose as expected, and the shirt sleeves are the correct length. The collar stays are plastic and similar to what Express uses for their collar stays, which is actually a durable enough material versus the less expensive and thinner stays found on most typical dress shirts.

The material is a polyester cotton blend, and it feels a bit scratchy at first. I think it will soften up a bit after a few washes. The packaging wasn't too bad, and they only used 3 metal clips instead of sharp pins. The collars are a bit narrow. I just threw it into the wash and dried on medium heat with my other clothes. There was no drama and the shirt came out in fairly great shape with no shrinkage.

Overall: 4/5 stars, the material could have been a bit softer with a finer weave, but otherwise a great fit.

This shirt fits me perfectly at 5'11 160 lbs. I did not feel that it was in the least bit small, simply fitted, as described. I really think this is a solid shirt, something you can wear to work or out to a bar, and I would gladly buy it again.

So I have to say - historically I've stayed away from Haggar, as I always had this image of a rather staid, mass market company churning out barely-acceptable quality stuff. But with the last two shirts I've tried from Haggar, I'm ready to eat crow.

This shirt has features that you don't typically find on shirts at this price point. For example, you have gussets. Gussets are small triangular pieces of cloth that sit at the intersection of the bottom hem and the side seam. They are intended to strengthen this stress point, but you don't usually find them in mass market shirts because they are a pain to put in. But Haggar has done so.

You have interlining in the collar. Interlining is a separate strip of material sewn within the collar that gives it extra shape, crispness, and durability. Again, it's kind of a pain to do it, but Haggar features it in this shirt.

Adding style is a horizontal bottom buttonhole in a contrasting thread. Again, a nifty little detail that lots of shirtmakers don't bother with.

So this shirt is advertised as fitted, but I have to echo other reviewers in saying it's mostly fitted in name only. There's a bit of taper but it's really not all that aggressive. If you have a bit of a bay window you're still going to be fine in this shirt. I did notice that the sleeve length is pretty much on target, so that tells me the cut of the armhole is slightly different between this fitted shirt and the Haggar regular fit cut. A raised armhole, as in the regular fit, helps keep the shirt from being too restrictive but it tends to shorten the effective length of the sleeve. In this case, a fitted cut wants to hug the body a bit more, so the armhole is lower.

The packaging of this shirt was just brilliant. Instead of pins, there were three u-shaped metal clips that ex-ed and then had blunt ends. Three of them. That was amazing. I have tried to get the pins out of a men's shirt and ended up with bleeding and mutilated fingers. It's just not pretty. Anyone who has ever tried to get the pins out of a men's shirt will be amazed. I was.

My teenager is tall and lanky. He is 6'2" and about 120 pounds. (He says 155.) Anyway, fitting a shirt on him is almost impossible because of the sleeves. I have gone through every shirt in a department store to find one that would fit his arms and not give him an off shoulder style, let alone be in the color he asked for.

This color is light enough that he should wear a t-shirt under it. He says it depends on if his grandma is around. That's good enough for me.
