A history that charts the career of the famed king of Mysore called Hyder Ali, and his son Tipu Sultan. A major portion of this book is about Hyder Ali, and there is an addenda that is extracted from Charles Stuarts catalog and memoirs of Tipu Sultan. This book was revised and corrected by Golam Mohammed, the only surviving son of Tipu Sultan. This book is a reprint of the 1855 edition.
